About the Structure of the District
In the years 2009 and 2010, Panel 59 of District 49 determined that there was a need for a more structured procedure to conduct District business. The idea was presented to the Group Service Representatives who voted unanimously that a structure manual should be developed and implemented. We are aware that changes occur often and that the manual will need to be periodically updated. The content in the structure manual will be reviewed each year. Any proposed changes will be voted upon by all eligible and available voting members within the district. It is the belief of this district that the content of this new manual has set the standards and direction for conducting future district business.
